1. The Service1. El Servicio

MigranTax provides a self-service tool that assists you in preparing and filing your own U.S. federal income tax return. You provide your information and documents, review your return, and approve it before it is filed or released. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide and for the contents of your return. 2. Eligibility2. Elegibilidad

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service supports U.S. federal income tax returns for H-2A and H-2B visa workers with a Social Security number, filing as single or married filing separately, with W-2 wage income. Certain tax situations are not supported by the Service. If your situation is not supported, we will tell you during the process, and Section 5 governs any refund.Debe tener al menos 18 años y poder celebrar un contrato vinculante para usar el Servicio. 5. Fees and Refunds5. Tarifas y reembolsos

The fee for the Service is a flat US $75 per federal return. The fee is collected after your calculated result is shown to you in the chat. After payment, you may review your complete draft return on the secure portal. The fee is fully refundable at any time before you sign and your return is filed or released. After your return has been filed or released to you, the fee is non-refundable. If we are unable to complete or file your return, you will receive a full refund. We charge no other fees, and we never deduct our fee from your tax refund.La tarifa del Servicio es una tarifa fija de US $75 por declaración federal. We do not promise or guarantee any refund, refund amount, refund timing, tax outcome, or immigration outcome. By using the Service, you consent to receive communications from us via WhatsApp and the portal concerning your filing. Carrier message and data rates may apply.
